“The quality is amazing! Very robust lead and harness along with comfort and style. My pooch looks beautiful with her collar, harness and lead. The service was great, love the step by step process of the making and the delivery was very quick. Can’t wait to buy another one. :)”

“Placed my order on 3rd December and not received on 21st. Odd to ask for a review of a product before you deliver it. No tracking of the order via Royal Mail website, perhaps not the best choice of delivery company at the moment!”

Hi Danny, I'm very sorry your order has not arrived yet! As a small business there are limited affordable options when it comes to courier choices, we attempted to change to two others for a period but one resulted in items being lost or further delayed and the other stopped accepting new packages as they were overwhelmed with the fall out from Royal Mail strikes. Although packages are of course delayed we have been assured by Royal Mail that anything despatched by the 16th WILL arrive by Christmas and at this time of year we have to trust that they will uphold that promise (as yet they have delivered on it). We were slightly late in despatching your order as due to the time of year we are a little behind our usual 4-7 day build time and I do apologies for this, we will keep an eye on the tracking from our end and of course if the package does not arrive we will have a replacement made straight away. Have a lovely Christmas!

Hi Gillian, We're very sorry your order hasn't arrived yet! We were a little behind our suggest 4-7 day build time due to the time of year so your order was slightly delayed in being despatched however we are really struggling at the moment with deliveries due to the Royal Mail strikes causing mass disruption across the entire UK delivery network. We are doing our best to keep a track of any orders that are extremely delayed however it's often not possible to know when an item is as delayed as yours is now. We have sent you an email directly with a solution to the problem. Have a lovely Christmas!
