My order placed on November 1st is still in UK….. do you think it is normal and professional handling of the shipment?

Hi Isabella, I'm sorry to see there were some delays in transit with your order. Unfortunately, international shipments can sometimes be delayed due to customs checks however I see the package is updating on the tracking and if for any reason your order is further delayed or becomes lost we will of course arrange replacements right away! Frustratingly once a package has been despatched there is nothing we can do to speed it along, other than choosing a more speedy delivery service from the start which is what we on international shipments as standard. We'll keep an eye on the tracking and hopefully it'll be with you very shortly. Best Regards Chris

Hi Lewis, Apologies for the delay in transit, sadly Royal Mail can be a bit inconsistent at times and there have also been two bank holidays since despatch however someone will be in touch directly to sort this out for you! Best Regards Mairi

Placed my order on 3rd December and not received on 21st. Odd to ask for a review of a product before you deliver it. No tracking of the order via Royal Mail website, perhaps not the best choice of delivery company at the moment!

Hi Danny, I'm very sorry your order has not arrived yet! As a small business there are limited affordable options when it comes to courier choices, we attempted to change to two others for a period but one resulted in items being lost or further delayed and the other stopped accepting new packages as they were overwhelmed with the fall out from Royal Mail strikes. Although packages are of course delayed we have been assured by Royal Mail that anything despatched by the 16th WILL arrive by Christmas and at this time of year we have to trust that they will uphold that promise (as yet they have delivered on it). We were slightly late in despatching your order as due to the time of year we are a little behind our usual 4-7 day build time and I do apologies for this, we will keep an eye on the tracking from our end and of course if the package does not arrive we will have a replacement made straight away. Have a lovely Christmas!
