Hi Akane, we're very sorry to hear that your collar has yet to arrive. As mentioned privately we have lodged a request with royal mail for more information on the whereabouts of your order however as the order was despatched to Japan, royal mail will not pursue further information until 25 working days after the expected delivery date (despite claiming a 3-5 day expected delivery time) and sadly there is nothing more we can do until then. I doubt we will reach this time limit but if we do then we will of course get a replacement built and despatched to you. As the order was to travel so far and just before Christmas we made an effort to despatch your order way ahead of our usual turnaround time but unfortunately, once the order is with the delivery partner there is nothing we can do until a claim can be placed. Again, we are very sorry the order hasn't made it to you yet and rest assured we will remedy this when we can.

“We have ordered two harnesses, leads, keyings, bows and a snood. The quality and the craftsmanship are incredible! The updates at the different stages of the order (e.g. when the products are being made etc) are a very nice touch. We’d order one of each colour if we could! Oh, the rope lead is currently our favourite lead, sturdy for being rope but extremely light and the perfect length. Plus the velvet feels luxurious on the hand. 10/10!”
