“I recently received my gin and as ever, it arrived beautifully packaged, it felt a shame to unwrap it! This is not my first order from Tristan and knowing how lovely his gins are, I look forward to sampling them again.”

“We visited the estate during the Lincolnshire outdoor walking festival and enjoyed a lovely walk and then had a picnic near the marquee with live band. Also loved the beef bun and free cuppa.”

“We had a fantastic walk and tour at South Ormsby. This was part of the Lincolnshire Wolds walking festival. A really interesting talk about the ethos of environmental farming and production as we walked. Gin was excellent too!!! I have jyst purchased 2 bottles. Sad Tristan is leaving but looking forward to hearing about his replacement.”

“Amazing beef. Tasted like Simpson’s on the Strand ! Had a really nice time picking it up too with the Red Kites overhead and the herd off in the distance. Can’t wait for the next purchase.”

“I picked up my first order of top side beef. It looked excellent when I got it home. It was packed in ice packs and overall I am more than happy with my first purchase. Am now waiting for delivery of a collar and lead for our dog.”

“This was a first visit to South Ormsby Estate, what an amazing place. Gorgeous house surrounded by gardens and acres of woodland to wander in and around. Will certainly be going again. We booked on an organised 3 mile walk which seemed a lot longer and out guide told us after that that was her first time. She was very knowlegable, open to questions and very friendly.”

“An interesting estate to visit. The guided walk was excellent and gave a focus for the hours we were there. The beef roll and coffee, during the walk was an excellent incentive! For an open weekend, there needed to be more signage around the area to prompt people to search on social media/website eg the signage used for Bikeathon or the Lincolnshire Show. There needed to be better signage on the site eg a big sign promoting the food lorry rather than it just being a large white lorry. There needed to be a coffee van there early! Availability of burgers and sausages would have added to the available menu and would have enhanced the butchery offer. Could you buy Lincoln Red Beef on the day..........I've no idea. Was there anything to capture families and children as otherwise one could really only stay for an hour or two?”

“Having first seen the South Ormsby Estate on Countryfile we tried the Red Lincoln meat which was outstanding, delicious. Then I saw that South Ormsby produced their own gin by the master magician (distiller) Tristan. Over the last 2 years I have bought every gin Tristan has produced & eveyone has been superb. My personal favourites are the Winter Berry & the Blood Orange. However I am looking forward to opening the new recipe Oak Aged gin which arrived today. I cannot recommend the gin highly enough & I will never buy my gin anywhere else. Keep up the brilliant work Tristan, I look forward to the next creation you come up with”
