“Fantastic, the Gin is fabulous would definitely recommend. I bought the Mulled Winter Berry and the Mundy Oaked Aged Gin. I tried the Mulled Winter Berry as soon as I got home and wasn't disappointed. I was also lucky enough to have a tasting experience with Tristan where we bought 4 of the Gins as a 50th Birthday present for my Sister-in-Law, she absolutely adores the Pink Gin.”

“Another great experience and excellent service. There was a mix up with my name not being on the collection list even though I had an email to confirm, but this wasn't a problem and my product was located within minutes,and handed out with recipe hints and tips!”

“Haven't started the new steak box yet, but am confident it will be excellent. I gave a 4 not 5 stars as, when driving out to click and collect, I couldn't find the place. I bumped into another couple who was having the same problem. A notice outside the farm would have done the job.”

“This was our first time, our first experience of South Orsmby / Massingbird Mundy. So we'll forget for a moment the clandestine pickup, our 'lost' order, and the product labelling, this is by far THE BEST turkey we have ever eaten!! Moist, succulent, full-on flavour, so much so that you feel guilty for eating it when it's not Christmas Day. There's a decent layer of fat under the skin of the breast that really keeps the meat moist during roasting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Now, we did click and collect and had instructions for a 2-hour period 2 weeks hence, from Wood Farm. Beware, there's no South Ormsby or other appropriate signage, you just need to turn into "Wood Farm Stack Yard" where a couple of people emerge from a van parked there and wander off to the buildings to get your produce. All well and good (and another first-timer showed up as we were leaving, equally as confused), until the people said there was no turkey crown we'd ordered, but held up 2 frozen breasts they'd found. Would that be okay? Although we'd been looking forward to the bones to make stock, we took the breasts. We were expecting fresh turkey, but they were frozen, packed as Lincoln Red (beef?) in February 2023, but saying Turkey. No problem, we'll go with it! The picture shows a still-frozen breast, and the last piece of the first one we couldn't help devouring Would we order again? Absolutely!”

Hello, Thank you very much for your detailed review. We have recently had some changes within the click and collect department and our staff were doing training on the day so I am very sorry if this was not as efficient as you had expected. We are currently looking at ways to improve this service and make it more enjoyable by our customers. We have taken your comments into consideration and included 'frozen' in all product description to avoid future confusion. We are also now looking at more way in which we can improve this experience. I hope that your next visit will be a much easier one and we hope to see you again soon!

“I attended the Wolds Walking Festival which was based at the South Ormsby Estate this year. It is the second event that I have attended there and I can only describe it as a wonderful part of Lincolnshire. Unfortunately, although I would love to volunteer to help on the estate, it is too far for me to travel by car on a regular basis. However, I purchased some soaps as Christmas presents for my friends, so they may ask for more next year !!”

“I love what they are doing to increase biodiversity. Have been on a few walks and it's looking really lovely. Excited to see the improvements with the pond/lake. Will maybe volunteer next year.”

“Didn't realise the shelf life of the soap would be so short (03/01/24). If this is why it was at sale price then that should have been stated in the advertisement for the product.”

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review, we appreciate all feedback from our customers. The reason for our soap having a much shorter shelf life in comparison to large companies where soap lasts 2-3 years, is because our soap does not include the preservatives/chemicals that the large companies use to prolong them. Shelf life of our soap from production is 11 month maximum. We will aim to be more clear on this in the future.
