“I misunderstood the delivery information and unnecessarily paid extra for next day delivery which did not happen due to my late order. Love the personalized drink and card. Very impressive. It would've been great if there was a local shop so delivery would've been well presented. Hubby had to remove it from a big box and the balloon was pink.... Little disappointed but he loved it all the same. Cupcake was delicious. Personalizing items really makes the occasion special. Thank you Smart Gifts!!”

“It’s refreshing to find a gift that’s put together really well and presented beautifully. I was tired of trawling the shops only to be greeted with the same old items from store to store so something had to change and so glad that I found Smart Gifts. “The gift was great and well received. However I'm not sure why I had no choice but to add the age just because I wanted to personalise it with a name. I also find the website a bit hit & miss with navigation, it doesn't always add the gift to the basket, I had to try several times before it worked.”
