The package my friends has received was lovely, However, it was not the package I have ordered for him. We had an inside joke going on whch made the package I choose (the one with the sun baloon) special, this being the reason why I chose this retailer specifically. Furthermore, thanks god it wasn't a birthday, as the item was delivered a day later than I needed it to. I would probably use the services in the future, but only when I don't want something specific

Gift for my dad arrived 6 days after his birthday even though I paid for specific day delivery. Complete lies by Parcelforce about 'attempted delivery' at times when my parents were at home. They had to chase it up and collect the parcel themselves from a local post office in the end which defeats the point of sending a gift. However this was not the fault of Smart Gifts. The parcel was nice once received but contained a red cheese instead of the yellow mature cheddar which wasn't as advertised.

Did not arrive on the day requested which was my friends 80th birthday. It arrived 3 days later. However my friend was very happy with the gift

Hi Tansie Thank you for your feedback. Just to avoid any future disappointment I wanted to let you know that since you made your order on Thursday evening it was received on Friday morning. We dispatched it on Friday morning for you and your hamper arrived on Tuesday within the time-frame for the service you selected: Free Standard Delivery which is 2-3 working days (excluding weekends).

I chose to send directly gifts to my family in UK for christmas, it wasn t very difficult to do, the choice was reasonably good, however, to day is 28th December and I am still wondering if they have received anything because I have had no feedback.

Gift didn’t arrive on schedule date. But it was safely package and nothing came damaged. Nice choice of wine.

The gift itself was lovely, however I was disappointed with the personalisation… the sticker had clearly been ripped as it was placed on the box and rather than replace with a new one, it was simply repositioned and re-stuck which is not the high quality finish that would have hoped for as the year was clearly visible on the front of the box.

It was a BREAKFAST basket and I specifically asked for it to be delivered at 8 am, it arrived at 2 pm?? The mugs were a different design than the ones in the picture, the treats and tea were very good tho and great packaging.

Hi Maya, just to confirm, we do not provide timed deliveries. As advised on the delivery page, all our deliveries are made any time throughout the business day regardless of the hamper theme. Although the goods were nice themself, l was very dissapointed on the delivery. I ordered two of these hampers for my grandaughters 30th birthday. The delivery said next day delivery on comments l put the date of their birthday which is the only reason l ordered them. When l got email to say delivery was a day later l tried to ring them and they were not taking calls then l could not even leave a message. I had two dissapointed grandaughters that thought l had forgotton them.

Process of placing order was painfully slow due to what seemed to me to be an obscure website to navigate. Product availability was fine.

Good but arrived one day later than it should have. Put in order 8 days prior to delivery date came one day later than said date and it was a present for my Granda’s birthday

Would have been 5 stars, however after paying a premium for next day delivery the item was two days late (delivery date was a Saturday arrived Monday). Gift was beautiful!!

Hi Andrew, thank you for your feedback, I'm very sorry to hear your gift did not arrive on Saturday as should have been expected, this is most disappointing and very unusual for Royal Mail Special Delivery not to arrive.
