There are two problems. First, when I ordered it last Tuesday, I offered an address workable on the campus. I bought this gift for my friend, expecting it to come on last Friday. However, I didn't get it, and when I asked about the reason, I was told that the address is insufficient. - It is sufficient for Amazon, and any online platforms I have tried, so I don't know how you took it as insufficient and postponed sending the gift. And if you thought it was insufficient, it would be better if you could write an email to me to ask, rather than keep the gift in your storeroom until I asked you what happened... that's very frustrating. Second, the package is obviously wrong. I didn't know how to deal with it at first - unwrap it to check if it is the correct item or wait and send it to someone else. Although I got an answer finally, it did cause embarrassment and made me feel disappointed about the service you offer.

Not impressed at all. Mug arrived broken and I've contacted you twice and have heard nothing. Please send me a refund.

Ordered birthday present to be delivered on 25/5/23. Parcel not delivered tried contacting company, unable to contact by phone. Sent email, response that parcel was damaged when received by parcel force, so they sent another parcel. Due to the bank holiday would be delivered on 31/5/23, it wasn’t. It would have been great if they had informed me of these problems. According to parcel force tracker it was delivered on 1/6/23 however it wasn’t. Emailed Smart Gifts had no reply. Parcel finally delivered 3/6/23. The recipient loves the gift but only 9 days late for her birthday! Customer service has been dreadful.

Just to confirm, we emailed you several times over the past week to keep you updated on the system failure at Parcel Force. Regrettably thousands of parcels were delayed last week and posted incorrectly as a result. We offered you the option to cancel the order and receive a full refund. We had responses from these emails so we're assured you are aware of the options due to the frustrating and disappointing situation.
