Some of the cookies went out of date in November which is quite bad since I ordered the gift in December.

Hi Saska, Thank you very much for your feedback and for bringing this to our attention. I’m truly sorry to hear about this, as it is quite concerning. If possible, I would be very grateful if you could provide an image of the issue so we can investigate further. All of our cookies for the Afternoon Tea Hamper have been dated March 2025 since last October, so this is unexpected and something we’d like to resolve promptly. Thank you for your help, and please let me know if there’s anything else we can do to assist.

Wasn’t overly impressed. The picture makes it looks like there’s more inside the box. Not value for money.

I ordered a birthday present for a friend on Nov 23. I paid extra for UK Express Delivery, to be delivered the next business day. Her birthday was on Nov 25. It didn't turn up until Nov 28. Even then the courier didn't leave a note to pick up the parcel at the post office. The only reason my friend knew to pick it up was because I gave her the info to track it online. So disappointed in this service. Would not recommend or use again.

Delivery took over 7 days when it was promised to be delivered in 2-3 days. I had arranged for a free birthday card with a photo attached but the card arrived with no picture printed, much to my disappointment.

As a gift nice ideas but expensive. Courier haven't ring me where to leave the parcel.

I'm quite surprised at how much I paid for this chocolate bouquet only to open it and find the chocolates everywhere! I had to reassemble almost the entire thing myself which is exactly what I paid not to do! And thank goodness this wasnt directly delivered to the recipient as I was considering to do when placing the order.

ordered a gift of muffins and cookies, was unable to be delivered on the desired day (Thursday), but redelivery wasn't attempted again until Monday rather than the promised next business day advertised on the tracking. disappointing for baked goods to be kept over the weekend, and not be delivered fresh.. have ordered previously with no issues.. maybe the issue was with the courier..but disappointing.

I ordered a personalised bottle of wine. It was delivered on time and I damaged. However the label had been stuck on correctly it was wrinkled. Very disappointing…

Ordered on Friday a box before 2pm to have it delivered on Saturday. Box came late, came on Tuesday even though I paid extra delivery fees for early delivery.

Left one item out totally and substituted one item which was wrong for the receiver. When I asked what they can do, they gave me a lame 5 pounds back, considering I paid 60 pounds, so sorry I won’t use them again

Hi Arfan Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you feel this way. We understand the preserve you received contained a trace of alcohol. We advised that since you are Muslim we would be more than happy to ensure no traces of alcohol are included but you would need to contact us first so we are aware, we are always happy to accommodate and make changes to our hampers. This item was refunded for you as a goodwill gesture. You also made a complaint a bar of chocolate was missing. We are very sorry for this - the item was in stock at the time you made your order so not sure why it would not be included. We asked you check through the items since quite often the hampers are packed with items underneath others. We did not hear back - but again we refunded this item for you - so yes, both items equated to around £5. Again, our sincere apologies for this issues you experienced on this occasion.
