I am well impressed with my mat . I generally have my bare feet on it for 4/5 hours every evening . I would say it has improved my sleep . I'm currently taking a lot of medication for a heart condition so I don't feel myself a lot of the time . This makes it hard for me to say if I feel any other benefits . All in all I'm a happy customer . Thank you .
