Sleep Earthed manufacture Earthing Bed Sheets and Pillowcases in our own manufacturing plant in Leominster in rural Herefordshire.

Our products are expertly made, tested rigorously in production and are of fabulous quality.

The Earthing products are designed to give you a better nights sleep, so you sleep longer and deeper than before. Earthing is not a new science but when you read more deeply into it, you will find that the benefits go way beyond improving your sleep.

All of the other companies out there selling these types of product have them totally made in China and we are very different to that.

“Sheet seems ok not convinced of it's benefits main problem is it's too big and elastic not strong enough to keep it on mattress when sleeping always finding it in a pile in middle of mattress”

Hello Kevin, Thanks for your review. The sheet you purchased which is for a standard double bed will fit all mattresses with up to a 28cm depth. If your mattress depth is over 28cm, then you need our sheet that is designed for deeper mattresses up to 32cm in depth. But if its rucking up in bed that much, you must be a very restless sleeper indeed or more likely its the wrong sized sheet for your bed....... As per the benefits of the sheet, sometimes you need to have to wait a little for your body to start working with the sheet, as you are not in control of when this will work unfortunately. “I suffered from terrible insomnia waking every 1 to 2 hours then going back to sleep. Ordered a fitted sheet after a particular bad night, this was a lot of money for me I sleep on it naked and with my pillow under the sheet so my head has contact I am amazed, after 2 months i can sleep upto 5-6 hours, plus even more amazing is the speed I fall back to sleep, a couple of minutes The only other change I made is taking a magnesium supplement The falling back to sleep quickly happened soon after use, the longer sleep was gradual over 2 months Plus I now dream I actually feel like my sleep is gettingback to how it used to be .My insomnia was over 4 years and i tried everything So my advice is ensure skin contact and give it time but definately try one”

“I bought a pillowcase 3 weeks ago to see if it would help my energy levels and reduce how many times I woke in the night. I cannot believe how much better I feel and how much more energy I have since using the pillowcase. I still wake during the night but may be not quite so often. I ordered one for my daughter and she says it has helped her energy levels too even after a few days. I feel like myself again and can't imagine never not using the pillowcase again. Nothing short of miraculous! Delivery was super quick and I liked the sleep diary that was included.”

“Nothing negative about it at all excellent cannot believe how my leg pain and numbness almost disappears when I am in bed. The pad has certainly enabled me to get a good night sleep every night.”

Hello Bill and thanks for the review.... With grounding mats you are not on them all day usually, so we find that to get the most out of earthing the body you need a sheet which will give you 6-8 hours constant earthing a night. “I really wanted this to work! But it just hasn't made any difference. Still getting up 3 times in the night. Spend all night tossing and turning, consequently the sheet ends up all crunched up and really uncomfortable to lye on. Sorry I'm really disappointed 😞.”

Hello from Sleep Earthed, Sadly all half sheets from all manufacturers ruck up in the night and a fitted sheet solves this issue. If you have been suffering from poor sleep for a long time, then it will take some months to feel the benefit. Unfortunately Earthing isn't like taking two nurofen and the issue goes away, because its a natural way of helping the body with sleep and inflammation. Also with clients who are insomniacs, this takes a whole lot longer to sort out and isn't done in a matter of weeks - Its small steps sadly. Hello Charlotte, Sorry that you think this way, but here is some food for thought for you. Last year we calculated that from all of the sheets we sold, we had 0.3% returns rate. That's 1/3 of one percent. If the product didn't work well, then we would see a Really Big Number of returns and for every sheet we sell we get approximately only 1 in every 300 back as "it didn't work for me"......... Hopefully you have not covered the half sheet with another sheet, as if you have then its never going to work for you, as your body won't be Earthed...... See here........ “I have been using this sheet for a couple of months now but haven’t noticed a difference in my sleep quality unfortunately. However I am lead to believe that the improvement can take some time so I will continue to use for now. Will be disappointed if this has no impact longer term as it wasn’t’ cheap!”

“I've been using the mat for a few months now and I'm not sure if it has made a real difference. I'm more aware of my sleeping time as I have been recording details on the sheet provided. As a woman of a certain age I still wake up with hot flushes etc. but I think my sleeping has improved slightly. I will continue to use it and see how I get through the winter/cooler months.”

Thanks for your review..... Just checking - Are you actually sleeping on the mat ? We do recommend the bedsheets rather than putting a mat in the bed. Plus you will get more uninterrupted time earthing on a bedsheet too. Just checking that the sheet isn't covered by another top sheet either, as if it is, that's why you are not perhaps feeling any benefit as yet. “In all honesty, I am normally extremely sceptical about most things but my consistent lack of sleep lead me to do a bit more research. I have a keen amateur interest in particle physics and the underlying science behind 'Sleep Earthed' and its technology around free radicals made a lot more sense than i expected. Intrigued; I made the purchase and decided to give it a go. It may have been placebo, but I immediately felt something the second I lay on the pillows, just an overall feeling of calm or zen, which left me curious. Again, it may have been placebo but that doesn not bother me, it has worked for me and I am happy. I absoluetly slept better on the first night, though i did experience some strange dreams and still do, so vivid. I began to take this better sleep for granted and only realised this when I stayed overnight at a hotel and slept awfully. I thought this may have just been a coincedence until it happened again a few weeks later. I now take a pillowcase in my overnight bag... I've definitely felt a significant difference and have recommended since to others. My Mother who suffers with ME and suffers worse than me with sleep, has also felt a huge benefit. The pillow cases are great quality. I was orginally worried that the fastening system may wear or conitnually come loose or pop off but this has been no issue. Superb and I now would not be without.”
