About Sleep Earthed:

Sleep Earthed manufacture Earthing Bed Sheets and Pillowcases in our own manufacturing plant in Leominster in rural Herefordshire.

Our products are expertly made, tested rigorously in production and are of fabulous quality.

The Earthing products are designed to give you a better nights sleep, so you sleep longer and deeper than before. Earthing is not a new science but when you read more deeply into it, you will find that the benefits go way beyond improving your sleep.

All of the other companies out there selling these types of product have them totally made in China and we are very different to that.

“Love my fully fitted earthing sheet. I am sleeping for five or more hours at a time & get straight back off to sleep if I do wake. I have ordered two of the smaller sheets for my daughter & son because I believe they will benefit health wise.”

“Havent really noticed any difference since using the earthing blanket other than initially a few less visits to the toilet during the night. Sleep is about the same. I was hoping the blanket would help with long term morning pain from a fractured ankle but nothing significant to report.”

“Since I have been using my king size sheet & foot pad regularly I have found that I have a more ‘undisturbed’ & rested sleep. My arthritic knee does not give the constant pain it used to, arthritis still there but less pain. I generally feel a lot better in the day time. A very worthwhile purchase. (I am nearly 77yrs) David”

“My perants recommend this sheet to me l have found it very good for relieving cramp in my feet and calf's and in general it as helped with sleep and muscular problems l would recommend trying it”

“I have to say that we haven't had any dramatic happenings! My sleep pattern has altered and I know wake up earlier than previously. My wife still struggles to get to sleep as previously which is disappointing. Perhaps I am now getting lass brain fog when I wake. We will persevere as there are hidden benefits that can't be easily quantified.”

“I have no doubt that using the fitted earthing sheet has made a difference to the quality of sleep myself and my wife have. Within a very short period of time I have stopped waking to use the toilet in the middle of the night. My wife has been a poor sleeper for years, and although sceptical at first, she has to agree that, although she still wakes in the night, she returns to sleep in a very short period of time. Although I understand the science, it’s still quite remarkable and almost unbelievable. We are so impressed that we have just ordered a pair of pillowcases for when we are away from home. These products are now a necessity in life, highly recommended. I have also been impressed by the quality of service and the quality of the product that is UK manufactured.”

“Bought one of the fitted double sheets and plugged it in as soon as it arrived. I'd pulled something in my back litterally that morning and was in a great deal of pain. Pretty much couldnt move, so lay down and went to sleep on the new sheet. When I woke up a few hours later my back pain was gone. I was expecting to be laid up for a week. I dont know what happened but I can only think that the grounding sheet had something to do with it. There's no other explanation. Also worth mentioning that you can speak to the suppliers who are based in the UK, and tell me they make the products in their own factory. Sleep-wise I think Im sleeping a bit better, getting up less or not at all in the night, but I think the long term effects are more gradual and maybe less obvious.”

Hello Sally, So you had an earthing keyboard mat form us in Late December. Really this mat should be viewed as a supplementary product to our earthing bed sheets. With the sheets you get 6-8 hours of constant earthing as you are laying on them sleeping. With the keyboard mat, you would have to put your hands / feet on it for the same length of time. So I'm guessing you are just standing on it for just a few hours a day intermittently ? E mail us and let is know. Steve, Simon and the Team at Sleep Earthed.

“Dear Sleep Earthed. I recently purchased a double bed sheet and pillowcases from yourselves, as a Christmas present for my wife who wanted to give earthing a try. I did a lot of research on the Internet, and chose your product for several reasons. I liked the fact that it is manufactured in the UK. The reviews spoke of good quality. However most of all, the fact that I was able to get it touch with, and speak to the people who made the product. This I did prior to Christmas, as I had just missed your cut off point for Christmas delivery's. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and courteous, but said it would be mid January before my order was posted. HOWEVER To my delight, the package arrived before Christmas, much to the delight of both my wife, and myself. I cannot praise the service I received, highly enough. A good product from a good company. My wife is not only enjoying better unbroken sleeps, but her psoriasis is also improving. Highly satisfied. Thankyou James and Sarah”

“Having done a lot of research prior to making a purchase, to say I was dubious is an understatement. I chose Sleep Earthed because of the reviews. I wasn't disappointed, I didn't notice any difference in my sleep pattern the first night, however the second night I was asleep within 5 minutes and remained asleep for a full 8 hours. I have not slept properly for a very long time, I was also suffering with calf pain daily. Whilst I understand the science of earthing I never expected the sheet to work, for the first time in years I now sleep like a baby and wake feeling refreshed, I also no longer have calf pain. I would highly recommend this product and the company. Thank you @sleepearthed”

“Can’t be 100% certain that it works, as I have changed a few things in my routine. But I think it really has helped. I sleep better, get up only once to use the bathroom now, and the pain in my legs that used to bother me in the night is just a faint memory or faint pain. I feel it’s the sheet that s done this. It’s 100% worth giving it a go. I’m a fan!!”
