“Orders the wrong size and the customer returns process and exchange was second to none. Really easy process. The socks are fantastic on wet camping trip here in Northern Ireland. Was my first Sealskinz product …won’t be my last.”

“Generally excellent products from sealskinz but … I have Harling gloves in S small - too short in the finger, so I bought Griston in M - too long. Disappointing. Sadly I had removed the label so unable to return. Gave to my daughter. The best ones I had were in cameo S (perfect fit) but seem not to be available any more”

“I received the order over a week ago. I immediately asked them for instructions on how to return one item but no answer so far, despite sending another email. They say you have 30 days to return the items but with this speed of their follow up this might not work out and I will be stuck with socks I don't like. Mind you there are no instructions on the website, they say to email them if you want to return items, so until they respond I can't do anything. What a customer service!”

“I use a pair of the lightweight weatherproof gloves. They are brilliant and very comfortable. They keep my hands warm and they are flexible with a good grip for holding a lead walking the dog. I didn't know my size so I went with the recommendation of going a size up which I did and they fit well.”

“The product we purchased is terrific. Unfortunately we picked the wrong size. We are trying to return/exchange and the process seems very very clunky…not sure how to proceed…but apparently we only have until 1/31 to resolve. Help please!! jmcbyrne@comcast.net”

“I got a pair of raynham’s for Christmas. I haven’t tried them out yet, but I’m excited to! They did come with a small hole in the seam near the toe on one sock (pictured)..not sure if that will result in them leaking or not but I will let you know!”

“I bought the bike-gloves „Fring“ for 110€. I‘m a bit disappointed. They weren’t able to keep my hands warm at -6 C or below. I communicated with the sealskin-service beforehand and this model was recommended as very warm even to -10C/-15C (with rain and wind). I should have bought a split-finger-glove such as “Barwick”, I think right now. But after the purchase the communication with the service was problematic, swapping failed and my emails weren’t delivered…”
