Your team suggested I try the glove liners and although maybe a little help, I would rate the heated cycle gloves with or without the liners a fail. You make no effort to heat the fingers, the problem parts. You have good customer service. It's a shame as the gloves are sturdy, waterproof, and flexible, but they just don't work. They don't do what the rider would expect. I doubt I'll use them. You have this great opportunity, but you missed it.
