“I purchased a waterproof bucket hat. The hat supplied, whilst described as such in the accompanying paperwork, bears little or no resemblance to the item on the website - in fact it's more sou'wester than bucket hat. So I'm less than delighted.”

Hi David, We're sorry to hear that the Langham Bucket hat wasn't what you were expecting! There are definitely similarities between bucket hats and southwester hats but more importantly, we're crushed that the product didn't delight! If a more brimmed hat is desired, we would recommend our Bramerton boonie hat instead. You are welcome to use our free and easy returns portal located on our website, sealskinz.com/a/service, to arrange the return of the Langham Bucket hat for a refund or alternate item. Again, we're very sorry for any disappointment caused. If we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out! Kind regards, Team Sealskinz
