“The gloves I ordered arrived on time. I ordered the size as described in the chart but they were apparently too big. I say apparently because the automatic turn on in the glove didn’t work all the time and kept cutting off. Support were excellent and said that the knuckles were clearly not making the contact in the correct place. The small would have been too small. They suggested that I go for a non automatic pair. I decided to return them for a full refund. This was done with no problem.”

“Excellent service, excellent socks! Bought a pair of Worstead, size medium, for use during mountain biking. I'm a size 8 and they fit great. If I was an 8.5 I would need the larger size. And great for MTB as well given current wet conditions.”

“Poor design – men’s beanies have very scratchy labels inside that cannot be removed. They are placed exactly over the ears and on the back of the head (and why are there three of them?). Sizing is also questionable. It depends on the style, but in one style there is no difference between M/L and XL, while in another there is a massive size gap. I tried five styles, not only from the official brand website but also from local retailers, and the issue was the same. Quality looks really good and the waterproof features are amazing, but the sizing is odd.”

“I purchased an Upton (ORDER US48282) hat in late December but just got ready to use it. While it is certainly well made and keeps one’s ears warm there is a no flap or other type of covering for the back of the head, so… what’s the point of wearing it in cold weather? The adjustment strap could easily be outside of the hat and then the hat made to cover not just the ears, but the back of the head as well. So, I will never really recommend to anyone that they purchase one and look carefully at other items for sale. Stephen M Griffin”
