“Ordered waterproof mittens and hat. Arrived swiftly. Unfortunately I'd sized them incorrectly so had to return and swap for larger sizes. Return process seemed to go smoothly but then I didn't hear anything for a few days and tracking only showed acceptance at post office. Used the online Sealskinz chat bot and after waiting the requisite 10 days did get my replacements sent, which then arrived pretty quickly - just as well as only a week before packing and heading on my adventure!”
