“Finally got back to me after I (had to) gave them a poor review. Their response was good and hopefully we’ve resolved the issue. I will test the gloves out tomorrow but feel confident that they will be fine. The product fits a little snuggly, might have tried a size up if I did it again. This review is of the customer service department which reacted, as it should, adequately, but it took writing a bad review (which it shouldn’t have)! Thank you for responding”

“A great pair of gloves. Warm, comfortable and, above all, waterproof. Exactly as it says in the tin. Particularly good value in the January sales! The fingers are slightly too long for my chubby hands; but, that’s a minor criticism.”

“sizing of gloves is awful! I measure medium by your guide but find XXL too tight. on the good side: your customer services was v good. they exchanged XL for XXL which I have just returned again as they are also unwearably tight. hopefully they will refund.”

“I've used Sealskinz for MTB and walking for years and received a voucher for Christmas so bought two pairs of ankle length waterproof socks. They are brilliant and work nicely with my riding shoes which have a high ankle strap. Cheers!”

“Good service and gloves. However, ordering goods from the island means long delivery times due to customs procedures. Selecting the gloves, I used the size table of Sealskins. Since gloves were nevertheless far too small, I was forced to return the expensive gloves. And had to pay 16,00 Euros (without tracing option!!) for sending back the small parcel. So, it is a pity, but from now on I will always check from where the goods are sent to me. In this case Made in China, sold and sent from Great Britain. Never again from the British islands.”

“as of today the parcel has not arrived ! the parcel, when looking at the tracker is still at 2/7 with 7 being "Delivered" and 2 being "Transit" I do find that a bit pathetic considering the cost of payment for this "delivery"; this mode of delivery is not worth the money at all; there is not even a delivery dated given in the tracking app which elevates tha annoyance into anothet level ... I also find it strange of you asking me about feedback, when you must have access to the data and actually can see that the parcel did not even arrive yet”

“Introductory offer codes don't work, and postage isn't covered for orders. Buying gloves is very similar to buying shoes: it's often very hard to find something that fits comfortably, so it's a risk buying from somewhere where you're charged for postage if something doesn't fit.”

“These gloves are expensive but I managed to get 60% off the cost which made it more reasonable. The sizing for me is perfect for the hand but the fingers are a bit long. However, I have been using them for skiing and have not found this to be a problem. The temperature setting is easy to control, and lasts pretty much as long as I expected. I might buy more batteries for my next trip as they only last a few 2-3 hours on the highest setting”

“I have had to return my order twice for a replacement due to the fit. The ordering and returns experience was excellent and I can have no complaints but as a company I think you need to take a look at your sizing guides.”
