“Great hat & very warm just what you want when on a cold day walking your dog. If I was to order another one I'd probably go for the next size up even though I ordered the one going by the size chart on the website. This one seems a little tight but fits otherwise all is good 👍”

“Your team suggested I try the glove liners and although maybe a little help, I would rate the heated cycle gloves with or without the liners a fail. You make no effort to heat the fingers, the problem parts. You have good customer service. It's a shame as the gloves are sturdy, waterproof, and flexible, but they just don't work. They don't do what the rider would expect. I doubt I'll use them. You have this great opportunity, but you missed it.”

“The material quality is good, however the string on the shorts is far too weak, almost useless, as you have to pull it a huge amount to be tight, and then the "clip" doesn't hold the string well and they loosen over time. For an expensive pair of shorts, I expected better!”
