“To be fair, I have not tested the socks in heavy rain. However I have tried them on a bike ride, and I was disappointed to find that the sealing strip on one sock had chafed my leg, drawing blood.”

“Bought these to hike to EBC last month, the size guide is ridiculous so after two pairs to get ones that fit they completely didn’t live up to how they are described, my fingers were blocks of ice at the temperatures we experienced which are apparently the temperatures these gloves are rated to. In summary buy elsewhere”

“Unfortunately the stitching on the gloves I bought came apart after very little wear. I was given a voucher but the second pair arrived with a big split on the thumb where again the stitching hadn't been secured. I didn't even try them on and yet customer sevice suggested my hands were too big! The third pair arrived but were a totally diiferent style and the label stated they were mittons. There is something very wrong with the manufacture of these gloves.”

“The items are perfect and work great, the sizing of the gloves is a little off: I got an L (what I take almost all the time), but the gloves fit a little small. Socks size is perfect instead.”

“I have bought quite few items over time from Sealskinz and if there has been any issue they have resolved quickly and without fuss. Thier socks and gloves have been particularly useful and I highly recommend them if your looking for warm and waterproof as they definitely work.”
