“Quality of the socks were appalling - Sealskinz replaced my order without my consent and sent some rubbish socks for over £40. Will never order again.”

Hi Alan, Thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear of any disappointment with your recent order. We can see that the order referenced in connection to this review only has the Bradenham socks which were purchased on sale for £16.20 and are normally £18. These are a non-waterproof, luxury bamboo sock. If there is some other order you would like assistance with regarding a £40 pair, please reach out to help@sealskinz.com for support. Moreover, it doesn't appear that this order was changed in any significant way without your consent. There had been an internal change to the way the Bacton Waterproof Cold Weather Roll Cuff Beanie was recorded in our system so we did need to create a duplicate of your original order. “Should be great gloves for our cycle up into the. artic Circle in May. Like a lot of other cyclists who bought these the size guide is inaccurate. Buy at least two sizes larger than you would normally wear.”
