“I ordered two new pairs of socks from the website. Both were discounted which is a win straight away. The delivery was quick and I was well informed of the times. Can’t fault the service and I’m a huge fan of the product. Only adds to my high opinion of the company.”

“I think there was some problem with their system when my hat was out of stock. After not getting a shipment notice after a month, I contacted them by email. Humans intervened and my hat was expedited and received in a few days even though I am in the US. The hat is great! I am giving 5 stars even though there was a problem with my order because they worked fast to correct the problem. It would have been helpful to have some idea when to expect shipment, so I wouldn't wait so long to realize that something was wrong.”

“Nice colour combination but the inner liner means it's impossible to pull the hat right down over the ears. It's the right circumference for my head just not as deep as my other hats so it feels like it might fall off. Its definitely waterproof and keeps the head warm without sweating so it seems to be breathable too.”

“Quality of socks not as expected. Disappointed of the waterproof socks. Wet after couple of mins and stay wet for 2days. Homepage promised a lot more. Not what I need.”

“Have used my Upwell heated gloves 3 times now (temps in each case between 0 and 5C). Very good, and do the job they were designed for. Easy to charge; temperature regulator easy to operate with gloves on. Only minor improvement I would suggest is to make the cuff slightly less tight. Sealskinz delivery very prompt.”

“It took way to long to have the hat delivered. I am used to receiving standard delivery orders within 2 or 3 days not two weeks. Was it on a slow boat from China? Now that I have the hat, I like it.”
