“I would have liked to have options for picking up my purchase since no one was home to receive it. With a physical store in Marylebone, customers should be able to pick it up there if they prefer.”

“The delivery was completed promptly. The hat has done its job protecting my head from the scorching sun. However, its waterproof feature isn't quite convincing, and the cord for a tighter fit would actually be better if it was a cord around the jaw instead.”

“Do not buy! Not waterproof. Waste of money. Asking for a refund. They are giving me a hard time, making me jump through hoop, fill out this form, what type of shoes ..... run around.”

“excellent customer service and my running kit is very cool in design and colour. I went for a medium shirt but now feel i could comfortably got into a small which is my mistake but my biggest tip here is keep this material as far away from velcro as you can. I went into my car wearing my kit to get my sons knee pads, the velco stuck to my shirt and is now damaged and doesnt look so cool anymore.”

“Excellent service and excellent product. I bought three caps to try for running and general wear. Unfortunately two weren't quite right, but the black Wymondham is perfect and has become my go to hat for most activities. It's light and comfortable and can be worn for long periods with no lack of comfort. For the two I returned, the returns process was quick and easy and I was refunded promptly. Overall, I couldn't be happier and I will definitely buy again.”

“These gloves keep my hands pretty warm in temperatures down to 5–10°F. They are waterproof in snow or very light rain, but are more "water resistant" in moderate or heavy rain.”
