Hi Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We can see that you contacted us 4 working days after the order was placed to report the original order as delayed. We acknowledged that the tracking updates implied an incomplete or incorrect shipping address so we contacted the courier and arranged an expedited replacement for you in advance. Looking at the tracking of the original parcel, we do see that this was delivered on the 13th April, after the replacement was delivered on the 10th. We apologise for any inconvenience the couriers may have caused. “I bought the fingerless gloves that convert too mitts. They are water and wind proof and very comfortable. I use them in my birdwatching and photography where I can flip off the mitt cover quickly to use the controls on my camera. They are supremely practical and warm. I had a problem with the thumb cover where it did not cover too well. I returned the gloves to Sealskin and they admitted a fault and changed them for a new pair. Great service.”

“I purchased two pairs of Sealskinz Fordham gloves a couple years ago for my wife and I. When the package arrived, the bag had a big hole in it and one of the gloves in my wife's size was missing. I contacted Sealskinz and they promptly sent us a replacement pair. The leather on my wifes replacement gloves was a little rough and wore through, so again we contacted Sealskinz and another pair was again sent without delay. My gloves have been great, well fitting, and waterproof. This year we purchased a pair of the same gloves for my father in law's birthday. Geat product from a company that stands by it's products. Thanks Sealskinz! I'm sure I will be making another purchase in the future.”
