“Although domain name was .ca shipping from UK took for ever. Gloves get as wet inside from my sweat as it would from the rain and i need to pull them inside out to let them dry… Waterproof socks are bulky and again, wet feet… Pink and white socks are not waterproof at all”

We do offer multiple regional websites to make shopping easier for all our international customers, however all orders are shipped from the UK where we are based. Regarding the products purchased, it sounds like there may have been some confusion about expectations for the items. The Blofield (pink and white socks) are not a waterproof model. Likewise, the Acle gloves are a water-repellent, not waterproof model. Ultimately, we are very sorry that you had a disappointing experience with your purchase. “Bought as a gift, so I can only base my review of the product on the recipient's experience. I'm told the gloves are excellent - good quality, warm, and have kept some pretty heavy rain out. The gloves were exactly as ordered, and arrived a day earlier than scheduled.”

“I was initially very happy with the fleece I purchased. However after less that 3 months and only around 8 - 10 uses the seams have started to fall apart leaving many holes on the jumper.”
