The item left us in perfect condition, and unfortunately, it appears the damage occurred in transit with Royal Mail. When you called us, we offered to arrange a free return and send a replacement straight away. We then asked you to follow up with a quick email so we could process everything for you. As we didn’t hear back, we assumed you were happy to keep the item.
