“Another fine kit, Tamiya 1/12 Kawasaki H2R Motorcycle, received in only two business days even at second class postage and with a discount on the kit price. The only way this business could provide a better service would be if kits were delivered the same day in person, otherwise I don't think Scale Model Shop can be beaten for overall service and price.”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that you felt the delivery charge was too high. We completely understand how frustrating postage costs can feel, especially on smaller orders. Our standard delivery is £3.89, which is actually slightly below what Royal Mail charges us. For orders under £5, the rate is £4.49, as once we cover postage, packaging, and card processing fees, we’d otherwise make a loss. We always do our best to keep delivery prices as fair as possible while ensuring parcels are well packed and arrive safely. Delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before an order is placed, so customers can review the total cost before confirming. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
