“Sent the wrong sized garment that was ordered so returned it. States in their returns policy that if they make the mistake then they will stand the postage. They only reimbursed the garments cost leaving me to stand two lots of postage. Leaving me the best part of £8 out of pocket for nothing. Sent an email querying this and still waiting. Avoid.”

“I personally think Rokit is a very necessary clothing outlet that’s perfectly suited to today’s market. The range of product on offer is amazing and make no mistake although not every item is brand new the quality is well described and never hidden. One small criticism would be the return payment being loaded onto the customer and given that a good percentage of your customers live nationwide as do I we cannot try them on before purchase. “Have used Rokit for a number of years and they have always been easy to deal with, quick with delivery's and have always got lots of unusal one off items of clothing. The only bug bare is they dont always have alot in anything larger than 2XL and when they do it sells very quickly.”
