The jacket was good quality and nice but the shape of it doesn't look good on me for some reason, I already request a return 5 days ago and I didn't hear anything from you guys, I also called and gave my details to the person I spoke with and he said that he will also sent an email.. please I want to refund the jacket and is taking so long for this step so I'm not very satisfied with the customer service at the moment.”
