“Having received the first order since the website and product range changed, I would like to say that I am disappointed with the changes. I do not need everything to be packaged individually and in plastic. This has increased your prices however I am not sure that it is very environmentally friendly. I will give some further consideration to this when deciding whether to order again from Regal Fish or whether I look for an alternative supplier.

I am sorry you are not happy with the changes. I noticed you received a courier order rather than a van delivery this time and wanted to reassure you this option is still available. We deliver these without a box as our vans are climate-controlled so we can use less packaging on these.
Regarding the plastic packaging, we have to ensure our products are all wrapped to food standards. Our packaging is recyclable with bags at larger supermarkets. Please ensure you wash it thoroughly to avoid any disruptions to the recycling chain. The courier box and void fill can be recycled with your other cardboard items at home. Our ice packs can be disposed of according to your local authority regulations.
