I would just like to mention that it was disappointing that on the new website for my last delivery the time slots for delivery were no longer available. Luckily I only had to pop out briefly on the delivery day so was able to leave a cool box in the porch but this wouldn't work if we were out for longer so may sometimes influence whether an order can be placed or not.”
