“I have used Regal Fish as a supplier for a number of years and have aways been pleased with the quality of the products. There is a good selection of fresh and frozen fish products.
Customer service is generally good. The Web site is easy to follow and order from. You know when your order will be delivered and there is some choice of time.
My only moan is that if you do not answer the call from Regal to take your order, there are 4-5calls over the next couple of days. This is annoying to me . If I am unable to take the call I will order online and do not want to be hounded for a order.”

“Have been a customer for a few years and loved the products, the service and the lovely staff on the phones. However, more recently I felt the telesales were becoming more 'intense' (since the company has been taken over). On one call, when I didn't need a delivery that time, the young lady wouldn't take 'not this time thank you' for an answer and tried everything to get me to place an order - including suggesting I eat some of the food in my freezer to make way for a Regal delivery!! Then the calls started to become more frequent - I was away for the previous delivery and got home to find 9 missed calls in a 1 week period. So this time round before any calls could start I decided to order online. That worked like a dream so will be doing that forward. Unfortunately the times I don't need a delivery I suspect I will still be subject to a round of phone calls!”
