“Have bought from red rock before and this wasn't an issue but this time was very frustrating. I made multiple purchases of the Exit advent calendar and had them delivered to different addresses. All of them arrived late (which is particularly annoying for an advent calendar) one of them a full week after red rock said it would arrive.”

They were all despatched on the next working day after Black Friday, as per our standard shipping terms. The delay appears to have been down to Royal Mail and is likely to be due to the increased volumes of mail they are handling at this time of year. For orders that need to be delivered promptly, we always recommend customers choose either our Standard or Express shipping options rather than use our Free Economy service.
