Have bought from red rock before and this wasn't an issue but this time was very frustrating. I made multiple purchases of the Exit advent calendar and had them delivered to different addresses. All of them arrived late (which is particularly annoying for an advent calendar) one of them a full week after red rock said it would arrive.
