“I tend to stick to one or two online board game shops to get what I need, but after not being able to find what I wanted with my “go-to” retailers, I stumbled across red rock games. I am somewhat wary of new retailers, but I needn’t have been, as they were very efficient at getting my parcel shipped and it arrived promptly with no damage. I am now a couple of orders down the line and can happily report red rock games are now one of my “go-to” game stores. I’m very happy with the service I have Received. Keep it up Red rock!!”

“Speedy delivery and good prices. One downside was the Folded Space insert I bought for Carcassonne. To me, Folded Space implies folded cardboard or some other material. Yet this is actually plastic backed foam which needs pressing out of templates and gluing together with PVA. OK, not the most difficult thing in the world, but not as simple as the title implies. Nowhere in the description can I see something saying "this needs gluing with PVA". With hindsight, I'd probably buy it again for other games, but it would have good to be warned of the construction requirements.”

Hi John Thanks for your review and feedback. The majority of our Folded Space product listings do include a statement at the end of the description similar to the below which has been taken from the Taverns of Tiefenthal page: "This product consists of a flat-pack of 4 Evacore sheets. The trays require assembly, which is quick and fun, using ordinary PVA glue. Detailed instructions are included in the package." It has unfortunately been missed from the Carcassonne description, so we will get that rectified. Kind regards Martin

“In short this game is quite spectacular. The figures are of a decent size and beautifully rendered, with a little work on the occasional join. The scenery is well made, though obviously card, it is sturdy and fits well. The literature is well written, though perhaps a little bit vague at times on some rules. Nothing that can't be worked out. The packaging/box is huge, but you understand why by the time you've made all the scenery up. All told, I have given this 4 out of 5. I'm impressed with the concept, art, mechanics etc, but my cons would be, reliance on an app that may not work all the time, or in the future, and I still balk at paying over £100 for a game like this.”

Hi Chris. Thanks for the feedback. You should have received an email stating your order was complete, but the wording is perhaps not as clear as it could be. Apologies if you didn't receive it or it wasn't obvious that your order had been despatched. “Prompt dispatch and they even wrote my delivery instructions on the packaging, perfect! Only minor issue I had is that the game arrived with less pieces than I was expecting. After doing some research online it appears that there are actually two versions of the game and this must be the older version. I really can't complain for the price though, excellent service. Would happily buy from again! Thank you!”
