He was friendly, professional and helpful. As for the products that I bought, I can not make any comment since I didn't use them yet.”
“I thought the delivery options were difficult to understand. I believed I was ordering an item that would be delivered on a certain day if I ordered within a certain time scale. Not the case when you look at the small print. I down loaded your app as I thought it would help me track the delivery. After I received an email to tell me the item had been dispatched.The information on the app didn't change. It would be useful to receive delivery updates. I didn't receive any other advice of expected delivery. I called your customer service number, only to be told that the mail box was full. I then emailed your customer services, and received a prompt answer that my order was scheduled for delivery on the 3rd or 4th November. Is there not a way that if you have that info, it can't be relayed to the customer in the info on your app updated?”
