“Delivery was very slow. After waiting patiently I chased only to be told that they were still waiting to receive a delivery themselves. So I ordered and received a delivery of water softener salt from a different supplier - BEFORE - I finally received the delivery from Plumb2U. The slightly cheaper cost wasn't worth the long wait.”

“I came across the Plumb2u website when researching back to wall dual flush cisterns. The website is well laid out and easy to navigate. My only criticism is that after placing my order, the Royal Mail didn't provide me with deilvery tracking on the day of delivery. It did arrive within the 3-5 day window given by Plumb2u who answered my enquiry emails promptly, which was appreciated. I would use Plumb2u again and I have no reservations about recommending them. Many thanks to Plumb2u!!”

“Quick delivery. Very satisfied. Ordered replacement pre-wash spray from elsewhere which ended up being wrong thread spacing, then managed to find the whole tap and spray unit from Plumb2u for a cheaper price than just the separate part.”
