Good design that the lever which holds the ball onto the valve is adjustable for position in cistern and length of arm.”

“Over Christmas I needed to fit a new Grohe tap and went to the usual places but closing times had changed due to christmas hours and some plumbing store were just closed. I needed this tap and I needed it NOW haha!
I googled plumbing places near me that sell Grohe and It led me to PLUMB2U, I arrived when there was two people talking to a representative and walked in looking for the sales counter. A gentleman enquired what I was looking for as the Shop was closed. I apologised and prepared to go when he asked what I needed. He was most helpful when I told him i'm looking for Grohe tap, he asked which one. He showed me stock available on their website and I chose what I wanted. He went to check if it was still in stock as website was showing one unit left in stock.
The gentleman returned with the tap which was correct and He helped me to pay online as I had cash on me.
All in all a great experience, very helpful, friendly and obviously going above and beyond his working hours to get me what I needed. This in turn saved me time and toil finding a place that was open.
