“Excellent customer service experience on an item I returned because I wasn’t happy with the quality. It was a ‘very basic’ item that was cheap and I probably should have read the description better than I did.

“Very poor. Chased order 3 times by phone and email. Nobody would answer the phone and no replies to emails. Eventually after 3 weeks I got a reply email and managed to get a refund. Bought what I was after from another company who delivered in 24 hours at no extra charge. So, I wouldn't recommend this company at all. Go else where for better service and communication.”
