“I order a shower but the tracking / delivery experience was not good.
On ttracking information was put on my account which led me to having to email to ask if or not the item had been dispatched.
I then got a reference number which I had to go and find the right DHL tracking website (as there is more than one).
The delivery was also with DHL which meant it had to be signed for and not left in front porch as other delivery companies do.
So all-in-all it was not a very smooth or hassle free delivery process.”
