“Easy to place an order and the item arrived promptly. That's the good bit. Sadly the item that I ordered was a Saniflo Sanishower unit that turned out to be defective. I contacted Plumb2U by email requesting a replacement unit as the Bathroom Contractors were scheduled to finish the job and could only test the Sanishowere unit in the new 'Wetroom' once the floor grout had been applied. This is one of the very last jobs to be done in a wetroom. The pump would kick in and then go off allowing the wetroom to 'flood'. PlumB2U said that they could not respond as all queries of this nature had to go through Saniflo who would have to organise a technician to visit the property and IF he agreed that the unit was faulty and IF a repair could not be effected then a new pump would be ordered. All of this will take time and when you buy a new item do you really want an item that is 'repaired'? I think not. All the while we have NO shower (especially in this hot weather). NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER particularly as PLUM2U Customer Service Staff choose to ignore The Consumer Rights Act of 2015 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (even when this is pointed out to them) and just say that refunding or replacing this type of item is NOT their policy. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Plumb2U are wilfully breaking UK law as the sales contract is with Plumb2U and not Saniflow who are the manufacturers. 2Stars only because the item was easy to order and arrived quickly. The story afterwards tells a tale of inept and disgraceful customer service. DO NOT BUY ELECTRIC PUMPS FROM THIS COMPANY. In the meantime I shall report PlumB2U to Trading Standards and see what happens.”

Unfortunately, if a Saniflo unit becomes faulty, you would need to contact directly due to hygiene reasons as stated by Sanflo, our returns policy and many other suppliers. This is Saniflo's requirement due to hygiene reasons and we can´t accept the returns as the item is being used.
Saniflo will help you regarding this straight away by sending an engineer or a replacement directly to you.
