“Price was good, but paid for it several times over with delivery - much too slow to local partner shop (11 days, not 3-5), and had to keep chasing to find out where the order was - website had no info. Promised to tell me when available - and didn't do that, chased to find it was waiting for me!”
“Easy job to replace shower engine. Not the first time I’ve had to do it. They seem to last about 6 years in my house. The thread where the shower hose attaches was not cooperating, so I replaced that plastic down pipe with the one from the old engine. Always keep the old one for parts”
“The ordering process was straightforward however, the parcel arrived much later than the specified delivery time and the packaging was very tatty. Would probably not use again if I urgently need an item to be delivered.”
“Slow service. It took several days for my item to be posted, and then a further week for it to be delivered. This was with the ‘’free postage’ option, but seems to me to be unreasonably slow. A project had to be rescheduled due to the slow shipping.”
“Have to say middling. The ordering and collection was fine and good value. However the comms was hopeless the order was only ever pending and after a week I called up the collection company and they said “yes it’s been here for a while”
So it would be good if the system was updated or I had been notified of delivery to my collection point.”
“Initial experience while ordering the product was very good the product was out of stock & I received a call to inform me & allow me to chose whether to have a refund or not.
Once the order was in place the communcication was n ot good.
The order tracking link didn't work and I could not make contact with Plumb2U via the telephone number provided - it went to an answer message, so I requested a call back....and am still waiting.”

I did not pay for express delivery, however I did not receive the shower until the 12th and only then after chasing it.”
“Slow delivery, had to chase up order and they were waiting for part of it to come in before sending all, really need to keep customers informed of progress, not much in the way of email updates which you expect these days, also we're so used to everything being delivered within a day or 2 so any longer is now not the norm. Prices are competitive though.”

“I feel the products they sell are competitively priced, as well as being of a good quality.
It is however a little disappointing when entering their website for the first time, you get a welcome offer to sign up to their site and get a £5 discount off your first purchase. If however you do not read the very small print, it is only after signing up and using the discount code supplied, that you find out there is a minimum spend of £150 in order to qualify.
In my opinion, this is an extremely paltry offer and is in no way an appealing incentive.”
