“I ordered a Flushing adapter and when it arrived there was a fitting missing ‼️. I emailed and told them what had happened and they asked me to take a Photo of the adapter so they can show it to the Supplier.
That was on 14/ 9/24 and I’ve heard nothing.
I told them it was urgent for my work.
So I’ve had to purchase another from another company. I would definitely not recommend this company their customer service is total Rubbish ‼️😤.”

“I ordered Everbuild Forever White sealant for a job I had scheduled, took their standard delivery which was ok. The delivery was at the end of the week and the sealant they sent out was the wrong type so which I contacted them straightaway, I was told the correct material would be sent out on the coming Monday and would receive it by the Wednesday so I rescheduled the work. By the end of that following Wednesday no material arrived, so I contacted them again and was told the correct material wasn't sent out until they received the wrong material was returned so the correct material hadn't been been sent out until tthat Wednesday and was told the check the tracking, which I did, and Royal Mail hadn't received it yet. So I had to cancel the job again saying to the customer I would reschedule once I received the material. So are complaining again I said that as the mistake was their fault in the first place it would have been better Customer Service if they had sent the correct material out on the Monday and by next day delivery, which they eventually done sending out the material next day delivery, but a whole week was lost for the customer I had by the time the work was done. I wouldn't recommend Plumb2u, I would recommend that they get better Customer service and be better customer focused, if a mistake is yours own it and rectify it promptly”
