“Waited and waited for pipe delivery, we the no heating. One week later we query it, 2 days later still no reply, we query it again, to be told they can’t track the order and are out of stock and are processing a refund. Total of 10 days from ordering…. Shambolic.”

I was advised that this item is now out of stock despite it appearing to still be available on your web site if ordered by 3pm for same day delivery.
I was advised that I wanted to look at what options were available but in the absence of any alternative suggestions from you I cancelled my order and was offered a refund (which will hopefully not be lost in transit).

On 12 October I receive 3 boxes I didn't check what it's inside I was sure there is the boiler,on 16 octomber the plumber man come on my house to install the boiler and hi find out I don't have the boiler ,in that boxes what I received was something else parts etc....I try to call you many times to sort this thing out but I couldn't get in touch with nobody from office,after I call the driver ho did the delivery and they bring my boiler in finely, This mistake cost me 200ÂŁ what the plumber guy charge me because was there for doing the job and hi lost one day because off me
I'm very disappointed because instead to receive the boiler what I pay for I received something else,”
