“I ordered a set of 3 pipe cutter wheels as advertised at £11.77 including postage and was disappointed only to find only one blade !
I normally buy from my local merchants and have been paying around £6.30 so I thought I had found a bargain but alas another small print scam !!!

“Unfortunately not a good experience the courier said they delivered it but it wasn't to me plumb2u said they had shipped another then got email saying there was a problem and that is the last I have heard from them and still no idea if I will get any saniflo descaler or refund . Very disappointed”

“Complete lack of customer empathy. Told the item ordered was available. Then it was going to be delivered in 7 days. Then it was on the way. It would appear that they have zero coordination between customer service, order entry and despatch”
