“Having previously lost a much-loved cat some years ago, I was reluctant to let my two young male cats out without a tracking device. After extensive research, I invested in PetTracer collars for them both. Unlike other products on the market, the collars are light-weight, slim-line, gps/radio tracking system that is safe for animals, and with a long battery-life (up to a month power). I can monitor their movements, detectable inside buildings as well as outdoors, which brings peace of mind, knowing that if either of them becomes trapped inside a shed/outhouse/property, they can be easily located. For location in the dark, a light can be activated remotely on the collar. PetTracer is a first-class product, well-worth the investment!”

“I bought the Pettracer after our cat went missing and was found shut in a neighbour's garage. Having the Pettracer gives us more peace of mind as we now know the range of the cat's daily adventures and we know we have a very good chance of finding him if something goes wrong. Setting up the device is a bit complicated but stick to the step by step instructions and you'll get there. The collar looks a bit cumbersome but it's lightweight and doesn't seem to bother the cat at all. We've had the Pettracer about 6 weeks. The collar got lost once. I don't understand how it came off the cat but it did give me the chance to try the radio tracking function for real and it did the trick.”

“I have had my PetTracer collar for a couple of years now, this has been such a godsend as I worry about my pets and these do give you the peace of mind that you know they're not far from home. We recently adopted an additional cat, after the usual keeping him in we did let him out with his collar on, and it avoided the worry of him getting lost. If you're thinking about purchasing this collar I would highly recommend using this company. If you have any questions or help regarding your subscription the support team are so so helpful and will respond back to you very quickly. Highly highly recommended.”

“We were looking for a good tracker for our outdoor kitty and this one is great. It has both GPS and radio signal tracking, which was very important for us - I'm sure everyone who owns a smartphone knows that GPS is not always the most reliable, and the backup of the radio connection is great for peace of mind. We also very much appreciate that the tracker has a release clasp - important for any cat collar. We are lucky enough to never have had our cat get lost, but the tracker still gives us peace of mind - we can see where he goes, and know, for example, that he is nowhere near any busy roads and usually stays nearby. Even if he has been out for a couple of hours, a quick check on the tracker tells us he is nearby, so we don't have to worry. All in all a fantastic tracker, and also great customer service - if you need any help or advice. they are always there and quick to respond - would really recommend”

“The delivery times were weeks longer than you'd expect. I found the emails and guidance very disjointed, with the overall process of getting a subscription and adding the base station etc very complicated. A poor user journey.”

“Impeccable service quick and always helpful responses to our emails would not be without these collars for my 2 cats Ronnie & Reggie they have proved invaluable when they have gone on their daily travels and got locked in a garage we knew from the portal and map and tracking with the base station the whereabouts of the wanderer. Would highly recommend the collar and the customer support 🐈‍⬛”

“Pet Tracer collars are remarkable. The dual technology in them really sets that apart. GPS alone wasn’t enough to find our missing collar but when combined with the radio signal it meant finding it easily! Not long after getting these collars for our two young cats one cat managed to come home without a collar (my fault for not making it tight enough). GPS data was focused on our garden but moved around a bit and despite searching we just couldn’t find it. The help desk at pet Tracer were brilliant. They explained that a moving GPS signal could mean the collar was under something. As instructed we set up a mobile home station to use the radio signal for a closer search. We couldn’t understand why the signal was highest on our decking until we realised that the cats could get underneath and lo and behold, a collar was visible through the gaps. One collar retrieved and put back on! Amazing! So impressed that it worked even when the collar was hidden underneath the decking. Really reassured that if we ever lose a cat the collar will enable us to find it again. It has already proven to us how effective the GPS/radio technology combined is. So happy with our purchase! “We have recently moved home and one of our cats has always wandered far and wide and so we worried we would lose him having moved him to unfamiliar territory. Our PetTracer tracker has therefore given us the confidence to allow this cat to roam, provided us with regular updates as to his whereabouts and, via the heat map function, given us a clear picture of his preferred haunts. PetTracer is a great product, robust yet light enough to be worn by a cat.”

“Got a pet tracer for my 12 year old cat as we had bought a caravan and didn’t want to be leaving him all the time. Hal my cat is quite comfortable wearing it and he is a large cat and I feel more comfortable knowing that I can always know we’re he is. I did a lot of research and a friend of mine has one for his blind cat just in case he gets out and the pet tracer was by far the best. Worth every penny for peace of mind.”

“Having lost 2 cats last year we were anxious about letting our new kitten out. Having PetTracer gives peace of mind. The collar doesn't trouble our kitten at all. We have been able to follow her when she escapes the confines of our garden. We have yet to use the radio signal/mobile station but it is an extra means of tracking our pet if she goes into a building. The light is also a great idea (it is really bright) and would make it easy to spot in the dark. Hopefully, we will never need it but the PetTracer (and its features) would give us the best means of finding our family pet if she gets lost.”
