“My coat, black has white stitching on the left front,4 inches long. Also,when I took off the hood to take off the fake fur the zip would not work to put the hood back. Am really displeased. Will not be buying your second rate garments again.”
“I was very disappointed with my purchase this time. I have this leisure suit in moss green purchased in your Ennis store - large to extra large and fits me. My purchase on line the same suit in large to xl the pants far too small seems only a xxtra small and top fine.
I always shop in your store in Ennis and love your products but very disappointed with my last purchase.

“Hi I received my long oversized puffa style coat in a reasonable time considering we are going through a global pandamic. I tried it on quickly and absolutely loved it. I hung it up in the wardrobe and got rid of the packaging/ evidence. On the day of my birthday it got it’s first wear to the chemist. On closer inspection I can now see that the sleeves are different. One is longer than the other because one has a stitched up cuff and the other hasn’t been stitched! Also when I went to take the coat off the zip is stuck to the flap of writing that is stitched to the zipper! I put that down to me being excited to get it on! I eventually freed it but it happened again and I can’t free it and now I have to take it off over my head which isn’t ideal! Can I return it to a Pamela Scott shop without proof of purchase or can I send it back through post without the tags?? I still love the coat and just want to swap for the same minus the defects Please advise Marguerite”

This is the first time I have ordered online I know I’m a 16/18 so I ordered a lovely red top which was on sale and a good bargain! Who doesn’t like a bargain but my disappointment was to follow I ordered a size 18 as it was their largest size available it’s more a small 16 ! “I bought two bridesmaid dresses recently and both times the deliveries were sent to my billing address in the UK and not my delivery address which was in Ireland. I couldn't get the parcels re-sent to my delivery address so had to order two more dresses to a shop. The ladies in the shop especially Jane in Waterford were extremely helpful and helped me with this stressful situation. It's such a pity because the dresses are stunning but unfortunately the online ordering system seems to have some problems.”
