“Discount Voucher didn't work as it had expired even though there was no use by date mentioned on it. Replacement voucher sent by customer service also didn't work. Voucher manually applied by customer service was not for the full amount promised. One week on and goods still have not arrived!”

Hope you are doing well ! I would like to confirm that the order has been delivered this morning and we hope you love your purchase.
I can see the order was placed on 31st July and was delivered today which is much longer than our average delivery rate but still within our 3-7 day Delivery timeframe as stated on our website.
I know it must be frustrating to use a voucher code to see that it has expired hence our team went ahead and added a replacement voucher code to your order and i can confirm that it was applied correctly to your order.
I am sorry for the inconvenience caused in this instance but please be assured that we will raise this longer delivery timeframe issue with our carrier partners and also make sure that there are TnC's clearly mentioned on any future voucher/promo codes with clear deadlines to use them.
