“Purchased Gilet online with the BDay20 reduction size 44 It was too big so I went to exchange for a size 42 instore at Pamela Scott Clonmel. They said they couldn’t do the exchange as the Manager was on her day off and the Boss was on holidays. So 2 days later I returned telling the Manager it was a glitch in the system. She said I should have done an online return, she didn’t have to do the exchange but she would. I was very disappointed as it’s the first time this has happened I’ve never had this experience with Zara or Next for example”

“I ordered and received a white puffa coats, size 12. The coat seemed very tight especially when zipping it up. I then ordered same puffa coat size 14 which was no different to size 12. Unfortunately, I removed tags and understand that goods cannot be returned without tags. Also the lining in both coats sags at right side of both coats. Love the design but there appears to be a fault in measurements I.e 24 when tried on was same fit as size 12.”
