We are sorry for your delayed order !!
After looking into our system i can verify that your order left our warehouse on 18th July and a shipping confirmation was sent the same day. The order was delivered on the very next day.
However, there was a delay of about a week between your order placed date and order dispatch date and this was purely because of us trying to source the item for you as we were low in stock.
I can see that you have placed 4 orders from us in the past and all four of them were delivered swiftly so please excuse us this time as we had to source the products from a different location hence there was a delay.

Hello,
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. I just checked that your order was delivered yesterday which is way past our shipping timeframe in Ireland but as mentioned by our customer service team, the order left our warehouse on the 4th July but the delay has occurred from our carrier partner An Post.
We are really sorry for this experience but we have ongoing investigation on the delivery timeframe with An Post and would like to make sure this never happens again.

“Delivery was very quick and returns also. Ordered a Joseph Ribkoff dress I’d been watching for a while, ordered once it was reduced abit, so not worth the money cheap material, was very disappointed. Pity I can’t review the actual dress.
