“Wrong order received Requested them to resend the correct item. Unfortunately was told it’s now out of stock Gave me alternative option or to wait weeks for the item to be restocked. I requested for alternative (even when that’s not what I was wanting) Since then no replies to my email. I will let PayPal know and try get my money back. Poor service unfortunately!”

Hello Zalihe Firstly please let me apologise again for our mistake, we sent the wrong item. This caused a great deal of disappointment, and was entirely our fault. You contacted us on Saturday to inform us about the error. We apologised and explained we would get back to you with a solution once our warehouse opened on Monday. Unfortunately the original was out of stock which compounded the problem. We agreed an alternative item as replacement on Monday. We dispatched the replacement yesterday, Tuesday. I am sorry we were not able to resolve the problem more quickly. If you would like a refund please return the relevant items using the return label enclosed with the replacement. Again, I am really sorry we got this wrong and we’re unable to resolve the situation satisfactorily. Best wishes Georgie
