“The jacket was far too long even on a tall child. When exchanged for a smaller size I got charged an extra £9.99 for the privilege. Again the coat was far too long but fit in the arms. Ended up with a refund of initial cost but not the additional £9.99. Will never buy from this online shop again”

I have reviewed your order and can confirm that the £9.99 charge relates to a £5 price difference for the jacket selected as an exchange, along with £4.99 for the use of our returns service. This service covers both the return postage of the original coat and the delivery of the replacement item. To keep prices fair for all customers, we do not offer free returns, however we believe a contribution of £2.50 per postage journey is a reasonable and transparent approach. If you did not use our returns service and believe this charge was applied in error, please email our team at help@onlineforequine.co.uk with your tracking number so we can investigate this further for you. We are sorry to hear that this experience means you will not be shopping with us again.

“I purchased the brown Chelsea boot and they are, absolutely amazing!! Look amazing, feel amazing and well worth every penny!! Good, fast delivery with no problems at all!! Love, love, love these boots. I use them for out walking the dog, the souls are well made and safe to use in freezing underfoot conditions. But they would also look amazing dressed up for a day out. Very beautiful versatile boot that I absolutely love!!!”
