Hi Sandra - your Chloe doll we a preorder item due to land in the country this week; we are working through all orders in date order and will have Chloe to you early next week :) I have checked your order confirmation and it was showing the following date for Chloe: Expected delivery: Monday, 08 December If you could kindly update this review once you receive her and you are happy that would be great?!

“Well, I always receive my items. But delivery is always incredibly slow. Over a week later and no sign of my items. Ordered 25th June it’s now 1st July. Maybe I’m spoiled by the hundreds of retailers who usually deliver within 3 days. That’s my biggest bug bear with online for equine. Just really slow!”

Hi Nicola, We are sorry, all items on our website do show expected delivery dates to try and minimise any disappointment and to try and make it clear how long items take. We have over 12000 sku's online which we can offer next day on but sadly with over 70000 sku's online, we cannot hold all at our express warehouse. If ever you do need items before the expected delivery date, feel free to give us a call as we will always do what we can to get items to you quicker where possible :)
