“Super service . Good advice when I phoned set me up to choose the right item to buy. Courteous and knowledgeable sales person - that always imppresses me! Delivery was on time. Packaging was appropriate for the riding hat i had purchased so i feel confident that everything was done to ensure it arrived undropped.”

“The customer support from online equine was some of the best I've ever experienced. I was late to order some essential kit for an upcoming riding holiday, and when I realised the boots weren't going to arrive in time, I rang to see if we could find a solution. Francesca, who I spoke to, couldn't have been gone out of her way more to help. In the end, she arranged for three pairs of boots to come in various sizes and by various mean, so that I had what I needed. I'm so grateful - and had the best holiday as a result! The boots are great too, really comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Huge thanks all round - that personal touch, with so much care and thought - makes all the difference!”

“The jacket was far too long even on a tall child. When exchanged for a smaller size I got charged an extra £9.99 for the privilege. Again the coat was far too long but fit in the arms. Ended up with a refund of initial cost but not the additional £9.99. Will never buy from this online shop again”

I have reviewed your order and can confirm that the £9.99 charge relates to a £5 price difference for the jacket selected as an exchange, along with £4.99 for the use of our returns service. This service covers both the return postage of the original coat and the delivery of the replacement item. To keep prices fair for all customers, we do not offer free returns, however we believe a contribution of £2.50 per postage journey is a reasonable and transparent approach. If you did not use our returns service and believe this charge was applied in error, please email our team at help@onlineforequine.co.uk with your tracking number so we can investigate this further for you. We are sorry to hear that this experience means you will not be shopping with us again.
