“Today I had a delivery of 500 litres of Kero. I would like to say the driver who took the time to call me yesterday and deliver the oil today was excellent. He asked where the oil tank was on his call and was careful to reassure me that he would be as quiet as possible given the early hour of his first delivery of the day. The delivery was carried out very quietly indeed. I didn’t hear him as I’m sure the rest of our little cul-de-sac slept on, oblivious to his delivery and work. In the world of constant complaining, I thought I would say that the guy who delivered today was brilliant and an excellent advert for Oilfast.”
